The Villa

Beautiful 120 m² Menorcan-style villa in a natural setting with a 360° endless breathtaking view on the countryside and the brush, located in the heart of the S’Albufera Natural Park, just a few minutes from Mahón (4 km, the capital of the island, known for its port and ambiance) and Es Grau, with its large natural beach (very safe for young children) and village with traditional whitewashed houses.

Light and sunny house with 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms:  one with a queen-sized bed and adjoining bathroom with bathtub and toilet, the 2nd with a double bed and all the indispensable comforts, and the 3rd with bunkbeds. All beds and bedding are new.

The contemporary solid wood Ethnicraft furniture marries simple lines and design. The living room, facing the pool, has a small and a large sofa to get comfy in, DVD player and satellite TV, and a large library (books, travel guides, DVDs, and board games). The spacious fully equipped kitchen has all necessary kitchen appliances and a large 6-burner range to make you completely at ease and comfortable to prepare delicious meals. Finally, for the exterior: garden living room for 8, 6 deckchairs around the pool, barbecue, small garden living room, several terraces of different styles (hammocks, big outdoor pouffes…), where you can relax depending on your desire of the moment.

Cleaning is included, household linen laundry optional, payable before arrival directly to the owners. Please respect the arrival and departure hours: beginning at 3:00 p.m. for arrivals and before 11:00 a.m. for departures (some exceptions).
